CARE is an organization in Southeast Michigan who’s mission is to educate, link and support individuals, families, businesses and communities affected by family concerns, workplace challenges, mental health conditions and the misuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

The challenge of this project was to give CARE’s outdated and counter-intuitive website a facelift. The project began with interviewing social workers, employees, and stakeholders, documenting their needs and goals when engaging with CARE’s website and restructuring CARE’s many pages to connect people with resources quicker and more efficiently. The end result is a fresh, friendly, and accessible website that is easy to navigate, engaging, intuitive, and most importantly, draws users into a community.
